Chicago Foundation for Women
5K Run, Walk and Roll
Kathy had a super time May 1st, at the Chicago Foundation for Women's 5K Run, Walk and Roll in Grant Park. Prizes were handed out, Kathy's display did not tip over in the wind, and just to prove where ever you go there are knitters, she did some on the fly problem solving with runners and the friends who came out to support them.

Scenic Route - Eisenhower to Lake Shore Drive, LSD North to Lawrence Ave, Lawrence West to 1613.
Not so scenic - Eisenhower to Ashland, Ashland North to Lawrence.

Take the Red Line to the Lawrence Avenue stop. Walk West or Take the 81 Lawrence Bus West to 1613.
OR
Take the Clark 22 bus to Lawrence Avenue. Walk West 1 and 1/2 blocks to 1613.
But
Do not take the Brown Line. The Damen Stop is currently closed and under construction.
